HN: What do you do in your spare time?
Play basketball and play on a 7-7 football team to get some good field work and competition.

HN: What food do you like the best?
Chicken Alfredo.

HN: Do you have a favorite movie?
The new Bad Boys.

HN: What type of music do you listen to and who is your favorite musical artist?
I mainly listen to NBA Youngboy more than anything else.

HN: Do you have a nickname?
CJ.

HN: Do you have a major picked out yet?
Either business or engineering.


Thoughts & Opinions

HN: Who is your favorite football player of all-time?
Lawrence Taylor.

HN: Do you have a pre-game ritual?
I like to listen to music.

HN: What position will you be playing at Marshall?
Outside linebacker.

HN: What will you bring to Marshall as far as a strong point?
My length and my speed on the outside edges to help cover bigger and faster players.

HN: What is the one thing you need to work on to play at the next level?
My eye discipline.


A Look At The Recruiting Process

HN: What one thing was the determining factor in your picking Marshall?
Once I visited and met some of the players and met the coaches I really loved the environment.

HN: Is there a Marshall coach that you feel especially close to?
Coach Lambert.

HN: What was the best part of your official visit to Marshall?
Meeting all the coaches and players and seeing how they were one big family.

HN: What school would you have chosen if you hadn't decided in favor of Marshall?
Not sure because Marshall was always my top school once they offered.

Future & Goals

HN: What number would you like to wear at Marshall?
I would love to wear number 4 but a senior has that number so I'm not sure what I will get.

HN: What are your goals for your first year in college?
To stay on top of my grades and to grind in the weight room.

HN: What would you like to say to Marshall fans?
I would like to say I'm going to come in and make a difference and work hard and have a great impact on our defense!
