Marshall Football Announces 2014 Recruiting Class

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall University Head Coach Doc Holliday has announced the Thundering Herd's 2014 recruiting class. The group features 28 student-athletes and includes four student-athletes who are mid-year enrollees and two who are already enrolled as transfers.

"I honestly think this class is as good as we've signed here, and I wouldn't trade it for anybody else's," said Holliday. "I'm glad we got them. We've added a lot of great talent to what we have coming back for 2014."

Various recruiting services rank Marshall's 2014 recruiting class, which features 15 players from Florida and Georgia, as the top class in Conference USA by a wide margin and 247sports.com ranks it as the top class among the non-power conferences.
