March 5, 2009 Herd Nation Staff HerdNation.com Staff Talk about it in Old Fairfield On Wednesday night, head coach Donnie Jones and the Thundering Herd took to the court against Rice in of their third straight victory as well as an opportunity to bid adieu to his departing seniors in their last home appearance. It has been up and down season for the Herd but the with the win the last night, Marshall basketball sits at .500 on the year and they have won three straight. Last night was special night for the Marshall seniors and the win over the Owls was icing on the cake. HerdNation.com photographer T.J.
